The four steps for joining MPM are: Introduction, DEP, Registration, and Schedule.
All parents interested in enrolling their children in the MPM math program must attend a group or individual presentation by an MPM Instructor.
Before registration three main factors that parents should consider carefully are:
Parents’ Time – be ready to arrange your free time to drop off or pick up your child at the MPM Learning Center.
Student Workload – make sure your child is not overloaded with homework or other extracurricular activities.
MPM Class Schedule – make sure that your child’s and your available time is compatible with the MPM class Schedule.

DEP – DIAGNOSTIC EXAM OF PLACEMENT
The DEP is a diagnostic and placement exam for MPM instructors to assess the student’s general math skills. Instructors will also identify specific weak and strong points for each student. Finally, a comfortable starting point will be chosen according to these factors.
After the DEP, parents will receive the Parents’ Information Booklet which they should review again. Parents need to complete, sign, detach, and submit the Student General Information and Emergency Information Forms on pages 12 & 13 with payment of the registration fee and the first three months’ tuition to the MPM Instructor.
In all aspects of education, parents play an essential role in the student’s success. In order to facilitate your child’s learning, we ask parent make no corrections with student’s homework. Thus, instructor will be able to gauge the student’s progress more precisely.
The most important role of parent in helping their learning is encouragement! To spend time with them and show your interest in their MPM homework is also a great help.
After paying tuition and the registration fee, parents will need to schedule classes with the Instructor. Normally, there are 8 sessions per month. Special class schedule may be arranged depends on student’s need and instructor’s schedule.
